◆ Notes:

1. Reservations are made on a first-come-first-served basis.
2. All accommodation via Taiwan Organizing Committee. Reservations should be made by sending the Reservation Form to the Secretariat on-line or via fax.
3. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of flight details and credit card guarantee by October 10, 2004. Thereafter, reservations can only be confirmed subject to room availability.
4. Notification of cancellation should be sent in writing to the Secretariat (Fax:886-2-2783-6444) by October 10, 2004. Thereafter, a fee equal to one-night room rate will be charged.
5. Dead line for hotel reservation is September 30. Reservation will still be accepted, but the location of your choice can not be guaranteed.
6. Shuttle service will be available between the Howard Plaza Hotel, Hyatt Hotel and the Academia Sinica from October 18 to 21, 2004.
7. If you do not receive the confirmation from the hotel in a week after you sent the reservation form, please contact Secretariat at jenny@gate.sinica.edu.tw
