◆ Cancellation and Refund:

• Cancellation should be made by written and fax to Secretariat at +886-2-2783-6444 before October 10th, 2004.
• 50% of the registration fee will be refund after the conference, if the cancellation is made before October 10th, 2004. No refund after October 10th, 2004.
