bag, name badge and conference documents. If you do not receive
confirmation letter by October 10th, 2004, please contact us at

◆ Cancellation and Refund:
- Cancellation should be made by written and fax to Secretariat
at +886-2-2783-6444 before October 10th,
2004.
- 50% of the registration fee will
be refund after the conference, if the cancellation is made before
October 10th, 2004. No refund after
October 10th, 2004.
