Name Badges
Your name badge is included in the conference materials. A name badge is required for admission to all conference events and activities. Please wear your name badge at all times while attending the conference. Name badges are color-coded as follows:

Chairpersons and Speakers Blue
Participants White
Common People (for those who only attend public sessions) Red
Staff Yellow

Computer/ Email Facilities
Computers with internet access and printers have been reserved for participants at 10F, the Mailing Room. Also, those participants who need to check emails can use Computer Exercise Room at 9F. The opening hours for both rooms is from 9:00a.m.~5:00p.m.

Official Language
The official languages of the Conference are English and Japanese.

Simultaneous Interpretation (S.I.)
Simultaneous interpretation services (English-Japanese or Japanese-English) would be provided for the all Plenary Sessions, Opening Ceremony, Keynote Speech, and Public Lecture on September 20.

Lunches
Lunches are provided for delegates during the conference from 20-22 September inclusively. There are three options for the lunches, including vegetarian food lunch box. Lunches will be served at University COOP Cafeteria, East Campus, Osaka City University (Please consult the Campus Map on Page 45 in this book).

Banquet
Conference Banquet will be held at University COOP Cafeteria, East Campus, Osaka City University. Those participants who are willing to join the event are asked to fill out the section of Banquet on the registration form. The Banquet Coupon will be distributed at the registration desk on the first day of the conference.
